Crystals play a large part in the world of Serendipus. Here is an introduction to just a few of the many that are used....

Phantom Crystal	Tsandu The Record Keeper	Magical awareness; excellent for metitative thought - especially concerning how we and the world around us are evolving. An extremely useful tool for the spiritual seeker and excellent tools for healing. It is their usefulness in spiritual quests that means that they are also used as Seeing Crystals - for communication between the Guardians. Since they are Tsandu's Soul Stone this is unprecedented; usually in Serendipus a Soul Stone is exclusive to that particular carrier.
Amber	Pedrayo The Wisdom Keeper	An excellent stone for protection, this crystal also improves the mind, making it an especially useful Soul Stone for Pedrayo. His laid-back outlook can also be attributed to the fact that he has Amber as his Soul Stone.
Rose Quartz	Quaylan The Peace Keeper	The stone of universal love and peace for all.
Turquoise	Storlock The Weather Keeper	According to ancient Arabian script, Turquoise will shine in pure air and become pale in dim air. This crystal will change colour with the weather, making it exceptionally useful working in harmony with Storlock.
Aventurine	Rhondin The Nature Keeper	An excellent healing stone and very good for enhancing intuition. It helps to shield and balance the emotions - possibly the reason that Rhondin appears to be so aloof.
Amethyst	Ormdrake The Secret Keeper	A calming crystal that heals mind, body and soul. It is especially useful in transforming negative energy to positive and for warding off psychic attack. Ormdrake would, being a peaceful soul, find it especially helpful in aiding him in his role as Secret Keeper as it is very good at helping with communication and stress, and aids its user in understanding all that is transitional. It would therefore be instrumental in keeping the ebb and flow of Serendipus, thus its roots are in the Lilac Mountains.
Rhodocrosite	???	This is a good stone to aid self-love and balance and will help with any psychological problems that may be wearing the user down. It is also good at enabling its wearer to release fears and anxieties. It brings with it inner freedom.
Quartz	The Amulet of Serin	Serendipian legend states that the rainbow within the quartz of the Amulet was caused at the moment Alayah entered to assume her role as Guardian of the Amulet. The Quartz crystal keeps the traveller safe; enhancing instincts, psychic vision, intuition, perseverance and patience. It also brings confidence to the wearer.
Granite	For use with Seeing Crystals The Granite Table	Helps the user to find a higher path and enables them to 'go with the flow'. It allows for co-operation, making it an excellent stone to use in imparting information to others.
